and so i've started work as a recruitment officer, temporary position, for 2 days aldy.
everything was fine. i like the freedom. but i dun like the fact that i wasnt provided with anything. anything at all!!! no computer, no stationery, no phone for incoming calls. gotta bring my own lappy, own stationery. and the phone they provided was onli for outgoing calls. cldnt receive any calls at all.. not jus my phone. all the phones doesnt allow incoming calls. we NV hear any phone ring. ya... and so i have to give strangers my hp number which i am v uncomfortable at that.
no stationery even for the candidates. so i passed one of the candidate my pen and she didnt return me after that. =(

i've onli been doing cold calling. lotsa cold calling. arranging interviews. i was supposed to do job postings as well but i wasnt taught how to do that yet. everytime i went in, my superior wasnt in yet. and blur me kept forgetting to ask him how im supposed to go abt doin the job postings, and abt my pay oso!!! although i noe how much im paid, i dunno when i'll be getting my pay!! aiyo... my brain is seriously not functioning well lo.
so far, i conducted 1 interview!! hahaha.. im onli a temp RO and i have to conduct int oso. but not tat bad la... at least its an experience. lol.

there's a cute auntie at work too. started 3 days earlier than me. she's nice and frenly. quite cute too.. and there's another pretty RO younger than me, sitting opp me. everytime i see her smiling to herself. muz be msning la.. haha..
den i dunno the rest of the ppl. ppl come and go. they nv intro. so i dunno them.

i love the freedom there. i tink i've mentioned it earlier. haha.... nobody pushes me for anything as long as i get my things done. oh... and its free seating in the office too. haha. i get to choose my own cosy and nice place to work at.
everything, except the no comp, no stationery and no incoming calls, are great!
its onli a temp job la.... im still looking for smth better and permanent. although i noe good things nv last forever. haa..

i've got 5 interviews tmr. hope all turn up. =)
